Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement growth strategies, for profitable revenue growth to meet overall business imperatives. Develop, nurture and manage global customer relationships and drive strategic partnering initiatives to address unique business situations and complex technology needs. (25%)
- Identify and lead strategic sales campaigns & unsolicited proposals. (15%)
- Collaborate with Delivery & Strategic Solution leadership to ensure successful delivery of engineering projects to customers. (10%)
- Lead periodic and structured communication rhythms with customer leadership to review engagement progress, enforce governance, and to propose solution ideas to stimulate the growth of the Account. (10%)
- Management of customer engineering and commercial relationship to include technical proposal and scope development, pricing and cost negotiations, as well as terms and conditions development to provide maximum value to the customer. (10%)
- Review technical scoping, estimation, fitment and feasibility studies, mapping customer expectations and solution design, prepared by Program Managers and Project Leaders (10%)
- Manage all aspects of annual sales projections and operational planning for the account. This includes (10%)
- Monthly and annual revenue projection
- Resource planning
- Management of team performance and efficiency
- Budget management including travel, infrastructure and training needs
- Actively participate in cross-functional annual account STRAP (Strategic Account Planning) sessions. This critical business process is utilized to define team strategies and identify key growth opportunities for the business to develop strategic campaigns and also identifies the required investments to ensure the success of the plan. (5%)
- Contribute to the development of the overall QuEST VBU (Virtual Business Unit) strategy for growth, directly contributing to the overall success of the overall business goals. (5%)

Work Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering/Aerospace Engineering.
- Prior experience successfully leading multi-disciplinary global manufacturing engineering teams is mandatory
- At least 3 years’ experience in leading and improving Business development roles
- Demonstrated success with Sales targeting and Account planning strategies
- Have a strong account management background with ownership of customer relationships on a global scale
- Minimum of 7 years of hands on Manufacturing Engineering
- Ability and willingness to travel with no restrictions
- Ability to build strong relations with customers, internal team and other stake holders.
- Experience must include:
- Customer Management
- Product development programs
- Project management & working with global teams
- Strong communication skills - verbal and writing, as well as facilitation and presentation skills with engineering leaders as well as business leaders
- Demonstrated organization, planning, project scheduling, and problem solving skills.
- Demonstrated knowledge of theoretical and practical applications in engineering solutions for design of turbo machinery and other related components in Aero industry
