Job Description:
PHD are a next generation agency network. One that helps our clients outthink, outpace and outgrow the competition. We do this through a unifying vision of Intelligence. Connected, and the application of data and AI to enable a greater connectivity between our services, the experiences we create for consumers and the way we work with clients. PHD has been appointed as part of adidas’s global media agency network and is building the measurement and effectiveness function that will serve the brand across its global market structure.
The Role in a Sentence
The Measurement Operations Manager is the engine room of the adidas measurement function: the single point of contact for the data that feeds adidas’s global MMM programme, brand tracking and audit obligations, keeping every cycle, feed and deadline intact.
Responsibilities And Commitments
- Data collection: own MMM data collection across the tiered market programme, from investment specs and schemas through cadence and quality assurance, submitted to the vendor’s templates and deadlines
- Delivery calendar: build and run the measurement delivery calendar spanning MMM cycles, Kantar brand tracking feeds and audit submissions across all markets and timezones
- Continuity: manage the handover of data collection from the incumbent agency and protect live collection windows through the transition
- Automation: lead the shift from manual data chase to automated provisioning, working with market teams, adidas data owners and the modelling vendor
- Quality: maintain the data quality and known-issues log, running pre-submission sign-off so models and audits are built on clean inputs
- Taxonomy: uphold taxonomy compliance in the data feeding measurement, escalating gaps before they reach a model
- Audit obligations: supply total media spend across biddable and non-biddable channels, broken down by market, channel and platform, for audit sample selection
- Test fielding: keep the experimentation test trackers current and coordinate logistics with markets so the tests on the learning agenda actually field
- Supporting tools: maintain the shared measurement tools provided to markets, including the test trackers, reach calculator and statistical significance calculator

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
