ABOUT US!
PHD Global Business Unit, part of Omnicom Media Group, is looking for an Operations Manager to join our Media Operations team. Our clients turn to us for superior media strategy, deep insights, and flawless execution of their marketing campaigns.
Besides all the regular stuff about why working at PHD is amazing, this is the job for you, if you:
- Enjoy working with world-class, well-known brands.
- Are excited about the opportunity to work on the operational platforms and processes that underpin our work across many countries.
- Are passionate about digital marketing technology and its rapid evolution.
THE ROLE
This role is part of an international team of 50 people based in London, servicing a well-known technology client’s brand media strategy and activation across EMEA. This vital role sits within the Media Operations function with one direct report. The Operations Manager will work closely with the Media Operations Associate Director and the Global Media Operations division to deliver operational excellence. This will include the successful implementation and ongoing development of operational processes, including the client’s digital media measurement approach in EMEA, focusing on Brand Lift Studies (BLS). This role involves one junior line management responsibility.
We are looking for an operations specialist, ideally someone with a background in media or technology. Someone who is a self-starter, comfortable working within teams and independently to meet deliverable objectives. We seek someone with a keen eye for detail to ensure that processes and guidelines are followed, and who is eager to work with a forward-thinking agency on one of their most prestigious clients and help shape the future of their media operations.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
