Meat Sales Consultant
Townview Foods Ltd is expanding and is seeking a highly ambitious, commercially driven, experienced Meat Sales Consultant ready to operate with genuine autonomy in a high-growth trading environment.
The Opportunity
As a Meat Sales Consultant at Townview, you will:
- Develop and grow your own trading desk within our UK and International markets
- Leverage your existing supplier and customer network to drive margin-led growth
- Identify opportunities across Beef, Lamb, Pork, and/or Poultry
- Negotiate spot trades/contracts, manage pricing strategy, and protect margins
- Expand into new territories and product categories
- Operate with speed, flexibility, and autonomy.

You will have full support from our finance, logistics, and operations teams, allowing you to focus purely on trading and margin generation.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in meat trading
- A proven record of generating strong gross margins and revenue growth
- An established network of suppliers and customers (UK and/or international)
- Highly commercial mindset with strong negotiation ability
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and performance-driven
This role suits meat traders/sales consultants currently constrained by current corporate structures, capped bonus/commissions structures, or limited autonomy - and who are ready to significantly increase their earning potential.
