We are seeking an ambitious and innovative Training Lead and Co-ordinator to lead the development, implementation and continuous improvement of our citywide MECC programme. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of prevention, behaviour change and workforce development, supporting local authority, NHS and voluntary sector partners to build healthier communities and improve outcomes for residents. The role combines strategic influence with hands-on delivery, enabling you to shape training programmes, influence practice, develop partnerships and drive system-wide change.

As the MECC Training Lead and Co-ordinator, you will:
- Lead the planning, development, delivery and evaluation of the Stoke-on-Trent MECC programme and related programmes
- Design and deliver engaging face to face, virtual and blended learning approaches
- Support organisations to embed MECC principles, behaviour-change approaches and prevention into routine practice
- Use population health intelligence, evaluation findings and performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and inform programme development
- Develop training resources, policies, procedures and quality-assurance systems
- Build productive relationships with stakeholders across local government, the NHS, VCSE sector and wider partners

About You:
- Hold a relevant degree or equivalent qualification and experience
- Have experience of developing, delivering and evaluating training programmes
- Understands behaviour change, public health, prevention and health inequalities
- Have excellent communication facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills
- Able to analyse data and translate findings into meaningful recommendations and improvements
- Be confident working independently, using imitative and managing competing priorities
