We are looking for a Production Technician to join our team in Bedhampton.

In this role, you will help build and assemble high-quality hydraulic pumps, motors, and generators used in civil and military aircraft.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Assembling hydraulic pumps, motors, and generators
  • Reading and following engineering drawings and work instructions
  • Completing production paperwork accurately
  • Carrying out visual and basic dimensional checks
  • Ensuring products meet quality standards
  • Working as part of a team to solve problems and improve processes
  • Supporting 5S and continuous improvement activities

What we're looking for:

  • Experience in mechanical or electrical assembly
  • Ability to read and follow technical drawings
  • Good attention to detail and ability to work to small tolerances
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Previous aerospace manufacturing experience is beneficial but not essential
  • Aerospace or manufacturing qualifications would be an advantage
