Position: Assembly Operative
Location: Truro
Salary: £27,101 per annum
Working hours: Monday – Thursday, 06.30 – 16.45
Type of position: permanent
We are now looking to recruit a Mechanical Assembler to work for a manufacturing engineering company based in Truro. The appropriate candidate would be assembling parts and machines by following operational guidelines based on technical drawings and instructions.
Responsibilities:
- Using a variety of electrical and hand tools and associated equipment would be advantageous.
- Following technical drawings carrying out mechanical assembly parts of machines.
- Ability to work 4 day week

Requirements
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documents.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Committed to safety, quality, and productivity.
- The ability to hit deadlines and achieve daily production schedules.
- Must be able to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Ensure a safe and clean working environment.
- Assist with other duties as and when required.
- Experience of using a variety of electrical and hand tools and associated equipment would be advantageous.
