Location: Leamington Spa, Warwickshire
Pay: £18.00–£19.00 per hour
Job Type: Full-time, ongoing contract
Hours: Monday to Friday, day shifts
About the Role
Recruitable Staffing are recruiting an experienced Mechanical Assembly Technician to join a busy automotive and manufacturing environment in Leamington Spa.
This is a long-term contract offering stable weekday hours and competitive pay.
Duties
- Assemble and fit mechanical vehicle components
- Build assemblies using hand and power tools
- Work from engineering drawings, build sheets, and technical instructions
- Fit brackets, panels, fixings, and other vehicle components
- Carry out basic measurements, adjustments, and quality checks
- Identify and report build or component issues
- Maintain high safety, quality, and production standards

Requirements
- Previous mechanical assembly, vehicle build, or manufacturing experience
- Confident using hand and power tools
- Able to read engineering drawings and technical instructions
- Good attention to detail and a quality-focused approach
- Reliable and able to work effectively as part of a team
- Right to work in the UK
