Location: Leamington Spa, Warwickshire

Pay: £18.00–£19.00 per hour

Job Type: Full-time, ongoing contract

Hours: Monday to Friday, day shifts

About the Role

Recruitable Staffing are recruiting an experienced Mechanical Assembly Technician to join a busy automotive and manufacturing environment in Leamington Spa.

This is a long-term contract offering stable weekday hours and competitive pay.

Duties

  • Assemble and fit mechanical vehicle components
  • Build assemblies using hand and power tools
  • Work from engineering drawings, build sheets, and technical instructions
  • Fit brackets, panels, fixings, and other vehicle components
  • Carry out basic measurements, adjustments, and quality checks
  • Identify and report build or component issues
  • Maintain high safety, quality, and production standards

Requirements

  • Previous mechanical assembly, vehicle build, or manufacturing experience
  • Confident using hand and power tools
  • Able to read engineering drawings and technical instructions

  • Reliable and able to work effectively as part of a team
