Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

We are looking for a skilled Multi-Skilled Engineer (Mechanical Bias) to join our engineering team at a prestigious commercial site in the heart of Bond Street, London. The Role
As a Multi-Skilled Engineer, you'll be responsible for the planned and reactive maintenance of mechanical and associated electrical building services, ensuring the site is maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance.
- Diagnose and repair faults on mechanical building services equipment.
- Perform basic electrical maintenance where required.
- Maintain HVAC systems, pumps, motors, valves, AHUs, FCUs and associated plant.
- Conduct routine inspections and ensure statutory compliance.
- Liaise with clients and contractors professionally.
- Accurately complete maintenance records using a CAFM system.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across the site.
About You
We're looking for someone who has:
- A recognised Mechanical Engineering qualification (City & Guilds, NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent).
- Previous experience working within commercial building maintenance or facilities management.
- Good all-round maintenance knowledge with a strong mechanical bias.
- Basic electrical fault-finding skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.
