You will be responsible for completing a range of Planned Preventive Maintenance tasks, Inspections, and required to complete daily, weekly, monthly, and 6-monthly PPM tasks adhering to SFG20 requirements.
Being a skilled Mechanical Building Services Engineer, you will be suitably qualified in either NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering / Plumbing / HVAC or equivalent, experience with BMS Controls and HVAC systems, experience with UPS, standby power, lifts, boilers, and HVAC systems.
We seek a trustworthy character happy to work well on their own and deliver great service and pride in their craft.
