We are looking for a Mechanical Building Services Estimator to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong understanding of mechanical building services who can produce accurate, competitive estimates and play a key role in winning new projects.
Role
As a Mechanical Building Services Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing detailed estimates and tenders across a range of commercial and building services projects. You will work closely with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, project managers, and the wider commercial team to ensure tenders are accurate, competitive, and commercially viable.

We are looking for someone who has:
- A strong understanding of HVAC, heating, ventilation, plumbing, and associated mechanical systems.
- The ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent attention to detail and numerical ability.
- Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- The ability to manage multiple tenders and deadlines.
- Experience with estimating software and Microsoft Office.
