Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Mechanical Construction Manager to join a highly regarded MEP Building Services Contractor, renowned for delivering complex and high-profile construction projects across the UK.
This position would suit an ambitious individual who enjoys taking ownership of the on-site delivery of mechanical works, whilst leading site teams and ensuring successful delivery across programme, quality, safety, and commercial objectives.

Key requirements:
- Demonstrable experience working as a Mechanical Construction Manager within the MEP Building Services sector.
- A proven history of delivering mechanical packages on large-scale commercial, data centre, healthcare, residential, pharmaceutical, industrial, or mixed-use developments.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical construction, installation, programme management, commissioning, quality assurance, and client handover.
- Experience managing subcontractors, site teams, consultants, and client stakeholders throughout the construction lifecycle.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to drive programme, maintain high safety standards, identify project risks, and ensure successful project delivery.
