Mechanical Contracts Manager – Residential M&E
West London / Western Home Counties

TWG Consulting is recruiting for an experienced Mechanical Contracts Manager to join a growing and highly regarded M&E contractor delivering significant mechanical packages across London, the Home Counties and Oxfordshire.
This is an excellent opportunity to join an established SME at an exciting stage of its growth. The Role
Working closely with the Head of Operations and Company Director, you will take responsibility for the successful delivery of multiple mechanical projects from pre-construction through to completion.

The role will include:
- Managing multiple mechanical contracts across London and the Western Home Counties
- Overseeing projects to ensure delivery safely, on programme, within budget and to the required quality standards
- Managing mechanical design, technical coordination and building services requirements
- Working closely with clients, main contractors, consultants and designers
- Managing subcontractors, suppliers and internal site teams
- Monitoring project programmes, commercial performance and delivery
- Identifying and resolving technical and operational issues
- Reporting project performance and progress to senior management
- Developing and maintaining strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle
What We're Looking For
We are particularly interested in speaking with experienced Mechanical Contracts Managers or Senior Mechanical Project Managers who have:
- A strong M&E subcontractor background
- Experience delivering large-scale residential or residential development projects
- Strong mechanical building services knowledge, including HVAC, plumbing and associated systems
- Experience managing projects from pre-construction/design through to handover
- Strong commercial and contractual awareness
- The ability to manage multiple projects and site teams simultaneously
- Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills

The position will be mobile, covering projects predominantly across London and the Western Home Counties, so candidates based within approximately 40km of Heathrow would be particularly well positioned.
