WE’RE HIRING – MECHANICAL CONTRACTS MANAGER

Full Time | Bristol or Cardiff | Competitive Salary + Excellent Package

Fuseland Electrical Services Ltd is looking to recruit a Mechanical Contracts Manager to join our growing team.

We’re not only interested in established Contracts Managers. We would also welcome applications from experienced Mechanical Project Managers or Mechanical Site Supervisors who feel ready to take the next step in their career into Contracts Management.

If you have strong mechanical building services experience, can manage people and projects, and are looking for an opportunity to progress, take greater responsibility and develop your career with an established and growing business, we’d like to hear from you.

Based from either our Bristol or Cardiff office, the successful candidate will take responsibility for the management and delivery of mechanical building services projects, working alongside our existing electrical and project teams.

The role will involve managing projects across our operational area, so applicants must be prepared to travel to sites throughout the M4 corridor and along the M5, both north and south of Bristol.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
