£65,000 - £75,000 + Company Benefits + Company Bonus + Development + Progression + Car Allowance + Early Finish on a Friday

Are you a Mechanical Contracts Manager from a Building Services background looking to lead the delivery of landmark MEP projects, with full commercial ownership, clear progression into senior leadership, and the opportunity to work for a well-established contractor with an excellent reputation across the UK and Ireland?
This building services contractor has enjoyed continued success since its establishment in 1963. Specialising in complex Mechanical and Electrical projects across the Commercial, Healthcare, Education, Life Sciences, Heritage, Hospitality and Residential sectors, the business employs over 400 staff and subcontractors across multiple offices, delivering high-value projects throughout the UK and Ireland. Due to continued growth, they are looking to expand their Contracts Management team.
In this role, you will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of Mechanical Building Services projects from pre-construction through to completion. You will manage procurement, subcontractors, project teams and labour resources while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget. Acting as the key point of contact for clients, consultants and internal teams, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining quality standards and building long-term client relationships.

This role would suit a Mechanical Contracts Manager from a Building Services or MEP background looking to join a growing contractor offering genuine career progression, ongoing professional development and the opportunity to lead prestigious projects across a range of sectors.
The Role:
- Manage Mechanical Building Services contracts from award through to completion
- Oversee procurement of materials, plant and subcontractor packages
- Lead project teams, monitor programme performance and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors throughout project delivery
