Join Our Growing Engineering Team
We are looking for several talented Mechanical Design Engineers to join our expanding engineering team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on the design and development of bespoke automation machinery and robotic systems for customers across a wide range of industries.
You will become part of a dynamic environment where innovation, technical excellence, and teamwork are at the heart of everything we do.
Key Responsibilities
- Design bespoke automated machinery and production equipment from concept through to manufacture.
- Produce high-quality 3D models and manufacturing drawings using Autodesk Inventor.
- Develop mechanical assemblies, sheet metal components, machined parts, and pneumatic systems.
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Electrical Engineers, Controls Engineers, and the Manufacturing team throughout the project lifecycle.
- Participate in design reviews and contribute innovative engineering solutions.
- Ensure designs are practical, cost-effective, manufacturable, and compliant with relevant engineering standards.
- Provide technical support during machine assembly, testing, commissioning, and customer acceptance.

About You
We're looking for engineers who are passionate about automation and machinery design and enjoy solving complex engineering challenges.
Essential Requirements
- Previous experience in the mechanical design of special purpose machinery, automated equipment, or industrial automation systems.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Inventor.
- Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles and manufacturing processes.
- Ability to produce detailed manufacturing drawings and assembly documentation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Desirable
- Experience designing robotic systems, conveyors, packaging machinery, or material handling equipment.
- Knowledge of pneumatics, motion systems, and machine safety principles.
- Experience working within a project-driven engineering environment.
