Environment: Manufacturing
Location: near Redditch
Hours: Monday to Thursday (7.30am – 4.30pm) Friday (7.30am – 12.30pm) - 39 hours per week

Overview:
With manufacturing facilities located across the UK, we now require a Mechanical Design Engineer to join the Manufacturing and Engineering team. You will be part of a large engineering function of Manufacturing Engineers with a key focus on press tool design.

The ideal candidate / Mechanical Design Engineer – Die Design may have some of the following experiences, however, please note these are only desirable and not essential as all applications will be looked at individually:
- Proven experience in sheet metal press tool design, with a distinct portfolio of small, high-precision components.
- Competent with Solidworks
- HNC/HND or Degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering, OR a completed Toolmaking Apprenticeship paired with design experience
