π¨ Senior Mechanical Design Engineer β Building Services

πΌ Permanent | Full-time | Hybrid
Iβm looking to speak with experienced Senior Mechanical Design Engineers interested in joining a growing Building Services & Low Carbon Engineering Consultancy.
This position offers the opportunity to take genuine ownership of projects while working across commercial, residential, healthcare, education, industrial, pharmaceutical, public sector and low-carbon/net-zero schemes.
Key responsibilities include:
- βοΈ Leading mechanical design on selected projects
- π Producing calculations, specifications and drawings
- π€ Acting as a client-facing engineer throughout project delivery
- π Working across projects from inception through to completion
- π₯ Providing technical guidance to junior engineers
- π± Designing sustainable and low-carbon building services solutions
- π Attending project meetings and delivering client presentations

Ideally you'll have:
- β 5+ years' Building Services mechanical design experience
- β Mechanical or Building Services Engineering qualification
- β Strong understanding of HVAC and mechanical systems
- β Experience across multiple project/design stages
- β Revit and relevant building services software experience
- β Knowledge of Building Regulations and UK/European standards
- β CIBSE membership / Chartership progression advantageous
- β BREEAM, HTM and renewable technology knowledge beneficial
