Job Title

Responsibilities

  • Create and modify 3D CAD models, assemblies, and detailed engineering drawings using aerospace design standards.
  • Design aerospace components such as brackets, enclosures, nacelle parts, ducts, housings, hydraulic components, and structural assemblies.
  • Perform tolerance stack-up analysis, GD&T application, and design reviews.
  • Support concept design, preliminary design, and detailed design phases.
  • Develop and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) and product documentation.
  • Execute engineering changes, RFCs, ECNs/ECRs, and non-conformance resolution activities.
  • Collaborate with stress, thermal, manufacturing, quality, and certification teams.
  • Support weight optimization, Design-to-Cost initiatives, value engineering, and product improvement projects.
  • Ensure compliance with aerospace standards such as AS9100 and customer-specific design guidelines.
  • Participate in root cause investigations and corrective action implementation.
