If so, we may have a role which is suited to you as we are recruiting an M&E Shift Engineer, who is electrically bias, to join our facilities management team in Sand Hutton!
Salary: Up to £42,447 per annum, depending on experience Shift allowance: £3,595 per annum Additional earnings available through enhanced overtime rates 4% bonus, subject to achievement of targets (historically paid out) Smartphone, tools, uniform, PPE

What You'll Be Doing
You’ll be working at our clients dedicated site as the first point of call for PPM and reactive M&E and other general building services maintenance. Tasks could include emergency light testing, fire alarms, lamp changes, commercial mechanical works and fabric work.

You’ll enjoy working autonomously, where you will be responsible for delivering planned and preventative maintenance, fault finding and repair work. Ideally, you will have the ability to confidently carry out a range of other mechanical tasks as well.
What We're Looking For
To be successful you will have:
Essential:
- 18th edition
- "On the job" experience working in an M&E Engineer role or similar
- Strong communication skills and work ethic
- Awareness and knowledge of health & safety
Desirable:
- F-GAS - Category 1
- NVQ Level 3 - electrical
- Time served apprenticeship on refrigeration or AC
- 2391 testing inspection
- Basic fabric skills

Other Information
The role will involve working rotating day and night shifts
4 days on, 4 days off - Rotating days (6am - 6pm) & nights (6pm - 6am)
