Role Description
This full-time Mechanical Engineer role is based in the London Area, United Kingdom and follows a hybrid working model, combining on-site work with some flexibility to work from home. The Mechanical Engineer will design and develop mechanical components and systems, preparing detailed models and drawings using CAD tools and ensuring manufacturability and compliance with standards.

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Supporting prototype build and testing
- Conducting technical analysis and validation
- Contributing to continuous improvement of existing products and processes
- Participating in R&D activities
- Supporting project planning and documentation
- Troubleshooting engineering issues in production and field applications
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Mechanical Engineering, with the ability to apply engineering principles to design, analysis, and problem-solving.
- Proficiency in Machine Design, including selection of materials, components, and mechanisms for reliable, efficient performance.
- Hands-on experience with Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools for 3D modeling, drafting, and tolerance specification.
- Exposure to Research and Development (R&D), including testing, data analysis, and iterative product improvement.
- Competence in Project Management, such as planning tasks, coordinating with stakeholders, and meeting deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field; advanced degree is a plus.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials engineering, and industry standards relevant to machinery and automotive applications.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work in a hybrid environment and collaborate across disciplines.
- Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and commitment to safety and quality.
