About the Opportunity

We're looking for a Modular Delivery Engineer to join a growing pre-construction team and play a key role in delivering innovative DfMA (Design for Manufacture and Assembly) and modular MEP solutions across complex construction projects.

This is an exciting opportunity for an engineer with a passion for offsite construction, modularisation, and technical problem-solving. You'll work across both bid and live project stages, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop practical, cost-effective, and sustainable modular solutions from concept through to installation.

If you enjoy challenging traditional construction methods and driving innovation in the built environment, this role offers the chance to make a real impact.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Support pre-construction and bid teams by developing technically robust modular delivery strategies.
  • Review project drawings, specifications, and technical documentation to identify opportunities for modularisation.
  • Develop innovative DfMA solutions that improve buildability, programme, cost, quality, and sustainability.
  • Produce RFIs to clarify project requirements and resolve technical queries.
  • Work closely with estimating teams to develop modular cost strategies and value-engineered solutions.
  • Coordinate with structural, architectural, and MEP consultants to optimise module design and installation.
  • Review modular framework designs and provide technical recommendations.
  • Prepare technical submissions and supporting documentation for design approvals.
  • Coordinate structural analysis packages and review engineering outputs.
  • Ensure module designs align with structural requirements, manufacturing capabilities, and project objectives.
  • Manage technical interfaces between design teams, manufacturers, suppliers, and site delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor module installation to ensure compliance with structural verification reports and project standards.
  • Capture lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement across future projects.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
