In this role, you will:
- Train and assess Mechanical Engineering apprentices
- Deliver practical workshop-based learning and technical support
- Carry out workplace assessments and monitor learner progress
- Provide feedback, coaching and guidance to apprentices
- Support curriculum delivery and apprenticeship programmes
- Gain fully funded teaching and assessor qualifications
The Person:
- Level 3 qualification in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Mechanical Engineer or similar background
- Looking to progress into a Trainer / Assessor role
- Commutable to Workington
