In this role, you will:

  • Train and assess Mechanical Engineering apprentices
  • Deliver practical workshop-based learning and technical support
  • Carry out workplace assessments and monitor learner progress
  • Provide feedback, coaching and guidance to apprentices
  • Support curriculum delivery and apprenticeship programmes
  • Gain fully funded teaching and assessor qualifications

The Person:

  • Level 3 qualification in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
  • Mechanical Engineer or similar background
  • Looking to progress into a Trainer / Assessor role
  • Commutable to Workington
