About the Opportunity
We are seeking experienced Mechanical Engineers to support a project focused on developing advanced AI systems for engineering applications. Apply your expertise in mechanical design, 3D CAD, technical drawings, and FEA to help train and validate AI systems. No prior AI experience is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Create detailed 3D CAD models of mechanical components using SolidWorks, NX, Creo, or CATIA.
- Interpret technical drawings, including dimensions, tolerances, and specifications.
- Document component requirements, specifications, and manufacturing tolerances.
- Provide insights on stress analysis and FEA tasks.
- Review and improve CAD outputs and technical documentation.
- Provide expert feedback to evaluate and improve AI-generated engineering outputs.

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in mechanical design engineering.
- Strong experience with 3D CAD modeling and FEA.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks, NX, Creo, or CATIA.
- Ability to interpret and produce detailed technical drawings and documentation.
- Strong understanding of stress analysis, FEA principles, and engineering validation.
- Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience across multiple CAD platforms.
- Experience defining engineering requirements and modeling mechanical components.
- Knowledge of end-to-end engineering processes, from requirements through validation and documentation.
Compensation
- Competitive compensation of $55–$100/hour.
- Independent contractor engagement.
- Approximately 50 positions available.
