Company Description

Total Project Management Group Ltd (TPMG) is a pipeline and process services provider founded in 2018 to deliver turnkey projects across the Oil & Gas, Energy, Renewables, Brewing & Distilling, Commercial and Food & Drink sectors. TPMG operates a specialist stainless and carbon steel fabrication, pipework and modular offsite fabrication facility in Loanhead, near Edinburgh, with an additional facility in Falkirk, and fabricates to EN 13480 and EN 1090 Execution Class 4 under ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.

Role Description

Due to recent project awards, TPMG is looking for a Mechanical Engineer to take technical ownership of piping and mechanical systems, from initial design through manufacture, installation, testing and handover. These are full-time, permanent positions based at our Loanhead or Falkirk facilities, with candidates from Edinburgh and the Central Belt preferred. You'll work across design, fabrication and site, producing full technical packages (isometrics, P&IDs, GAs, MTOs) for simple systems yourself, and managing and reviewing the design output on more complex packages, so what reaches the workshop and site is correct, coordinated and ready to build.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
