Mechanical Engineer

London | £60,000 - £80,000 + Package

Looking for your next challenge in Building Services?

We're working with a well-established MEP contractor that's continuing to grow across London, with a strong pipeline of commercial developments ranging from shell & core through to Cat A and Cat B fit-out.

They're looking for a Mechanical Engineer to join the delivery team and play a key role on some of London's most exciting projects. Whether it's coordinating installations, solving technical challenges on site, or supporting the project team through to commissioning, you'll be involved from start to finish.

The Role

You'll work closely with Project Managers, Site Managers and subcontractors to ensure mechanical installations are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standard. The role offers a great mix of technical and site-based responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who enjoys being involved in the day-to-day delivery of major projects.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
