Are you an experienced Mechanical Estimator looking to join a growing building services contractor where you'll take ownership of high-value tenders across a diverse portfolio of new-build projects?

Do you enjoy producing commercially competitive estimates, working closely with clients and suppliers, and playing a key role in securing profitable mechanical projects from tender through to handover?

This is an excellent opportunity for a Mechanical Estimator to manage high-value tenders, contribute to strategic business growth and work on projects typically valued between £500,000 and £3 million.

The Role:

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates for mechanical building services projects
  • Review drawings, specifications and tender documentation
  • Produce accurate labour, material, plant and subcontractor take-offs
  • Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations
  • Prepare competitive tender submissions and supporting documentation
  • Identify commercial risks, tender exclusions and value engineering opportunities
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers and subcontractors throughout the tender process

The Person:

  • Experience as a Mechanical Estimator
  • Background in Plumbing and Heating
