Our client is an established Tier 1 M&E Contractor and they are looking for a Mechanical Estimator to join their growing team in the Yorkshire.
The role would see you covering projects across their Leeds office, including sectors such as Education, Leisure, MOJ, Commercial and much more across Building Services! Their Yorkshire region has secured a very strong pipeline for the upcoming year and they have a strong team already, now they need you to come on board!
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established National company, turning over close to £500m Nationally and £35m regionally.

Responsibilities
- To prepare full tenders and take responsibility for design and build projects and pre-designed projects
- Ability to demonstrate understanding of tender / projects
- To provide tender breakdown in logical format
- To clarify your tender comprehensively
- To identify and inform risks whilst carrying out tender
- To raise technical queries
- Complete quotation analysis on all projects
- Ability to provide accurate budget costs
- Overall understanding & use of Estimation & Microsoft software
- To produce tender submission documents
- Meeting client / contract requirement deadlines

Within this position you would be joining a highly experienced team within an extremely supportive and friendly culture. Job satisfaction/ security/ progression are big selling points for this role, within time there is a strong path towards Senior Estimator and Estimating Manager!
