Location: Telford

Hours: Monday to Thursday 7:30am - 4:30pm, Friday 6:00am - 12:00pm

Pay: A GBP 13.50 per hour

An established commercial vehicle conversion business is looking to recruit a Mechanical Fitter to join its growing vehicle build team.

The Role

Working as part of a skilled production team, you will be responsible for the fit:out and conversion of commercial vehicles, including vans, cars and 4x4s. You'll work from fitting instructions to ensure all work is completed to the required quality standards and within agreed timescales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Mechanical assembly and fitting of vehicle components
  • Using a variety of hand tools safely and effectively
  • Following fitting instructions and technical specifications
  • Maintaining high standards of quality and workmanship
  • Working collaboratively within a team environment
