The role
- Reactive and planned maintenance across a busy industrial site
- Fault finding and repairing mechanical plant and equipment
- Supporting TPM and continuous improvement activity
- Workshop-based overhaul and refurbishment work
- Involvement in projects, upgrades, and new installations
- Working as part of a skilled, experienced engineering team

What they’re looking for
- Mechanical apprenticeship / NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent)
- Background in maintenance or fitting within an industrial environment
- Strong mechanical fault-finding skills
- Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and heavy equipment
Hours
- Days-based role
- 40.25 hours per week
- 4 on / 4 off pattern (8-week cycle)
