With over 140 years of heritage, Celeros Flow Technology delivers mission-critical, sustainable flow control solutions to industries worldwide. We’re looking for talented, innovative professionals to join our global, collaborative team—where you’ll be challenged, supported, and inspired to thrive.

About the Role

As a member of the test team, the Test Fitter will play a pivotal role in our pump testing cycle. This includes installation, commissioning, testing, and dismantling for Original Equipment (OE) and Aftermarket (AM) orders. You’ll also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, workflow efficiency, and reduce operational costs in test environments.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities

  • Install pumps for testing, including setting up temporary foundations, pipework assemblies, and rotor alignment, and connecting ancillary equipment like lubrication and cooling systems.
  • Conduct operational tests, monitoring parameters such as temperatures and pressures to ensure they comply with acceptable limits.
  • Identify non-conformances and escalate via appropriate channels, collaborating to resolve issues.
  • Break down test setups, clean, and store equipment per departmental procedures.
  • Uphold quality standards through self-inspection and completion of paperwork/checklists.
  • Perform preventive maintenance on test department equipment to ensure reliability and availability.
  • Participate in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement projects to enhance safety, cost efficiency, and productivity.
  • Support operations in other assembly areas as required.
  • Ensure alignment with company policies and contribute to business goals.
  • Comply with health, safety, and environmental guidelines.
  • Train colleagues and apprentices on test procedures and safety protocols.
  • Be available for additional training (internal and external) when needed.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
