Mechanical Fitters
Location: 1 Waterside South, Lincoln, LN5 7FD
Contract: 6-Month Rolling Contract
Hours: 40 hours per week (8 hours per day)
Pay Rates: Up to £42.18 per hour Umbrella
Overtime: Weekdays 1.25x | Weekends 1.5x

As a Mechanical Fitter, you will be responsible for dismantling, repairing, assembling, installing, and commissioning technical equipment while supporting maintenance and project activities.
Key Requirements:
- Experience fitting and assembling large mechanical components
- Crane operation experience
- Knowledge of skids, alignment, and gearbox installation
- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Engineering Construction Plants & Systems or a related discipline
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation
