Mechanical Integrity & Analysis Engineers

Location: Bristol, Derby, or Solihull


Rolls-Royce is seeking experienced Mechanical Integrity & Analysis Engineers to support a range of current and future opportunities within our Defence business. Our Mechanical Integrity teams provide critical analytical expertise to ensure the safe, reliable, and robust performance of aerospace products throughout their entire lifecycle.

We are looking for engineers with hands-on experience in:

  • Structural analysis
  • Stress engineering
  • Lifing and durability assessment
  • Rotordynamics and vibration analysis
  • Product integrity

What We’re Looking For

  • A degree in Mechanical, Aerospace or a related Engineering discipline (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience in stress, integrity, lifing, or analytical engineering disciplines
  • Knowledge of fatigue mechanics, fracture assessment, durability, or structural analysis
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Advantageous: Experience within regulated engineering environments
