Job Description
As a Mechanical Engineer, you will play a critical role in maintaining, improving, and innovating across production lines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Planned and reactive maintenance across mechanical and electrical systems
- Diagnosing faults and implementing sustainable solutions
- Supporting continuous improvement projects
- Working collaboratively across departments to maintain high standards in safety, quality, and performance
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Thrives in a fast-paced, FMCG production environment
- Brings a proactive, solutions-led mindset
- Communicates well and works closely with operators, engineers, and leadership
- Takes pride in their work
- A recognised engineering qualification (mechanical)
- Experience in an FMCG or food manufacturing
- Strong fault-finding ability
