Maintenance Plumber FM Service Provider - Manufacturing Environment Peterborough
Up to £35,000 + Package
An exciting opportunity to join an established FM service provider based in Peterborough has arisen!
CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting a multi-skilled Maintenance Plumber based in a manufacturing environment. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive maintenance across this static site.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in building maintenance. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £35,000, overtime, and progression to become a fully-fledged mechanical engineer.

Hours of work
- Monday- Friday 08:00-17:00
Key duties & Responsibilities
- Monitor mechanical plant
- Plumbing work (Unblocking toilets, replacing taps, washers etc)
- Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings
- Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
- Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)
- Basic electrical duties (Lamp changes etc)
- General building fabric
- Escort specialist subcontractors

Requirements
- Mechanically or Plumbing qualified - City & Guilds Level 2
- Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
- A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
- Multi-skilled
- Good communication skills
- Client Facing
