- Salary Package: £57,000 + performance bonus (£2k realistic) + overtime
- Pension £65k package
Job Type: Permanent
Job Location: Shropshire (commutable from Telford, Stoke, Crewe, Birmingham etc)
Working Pattern: 4 ON 4 OFF (excellent work-life balance for relocation)

The Opportunity: Mechanical to Electrical Conversion Engineer
This is a career-defining role for mechanically trained engineers who are genuinely motivated to:
- Transition from mechanical to multi-skilled
- Gain electrical competence and qualifications
We are specifically targeting:
- Mechanically biased engineers with:
- Apprenticeship (Mechanical)
- ORNVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Maintenance / Engineering
- Manufacturing – including automotive, aerospace and process chemicals etc
- Food & beverage/packaging – the sweet spot
- Pharmaceutical/process industries
- Or any mechanical maintenance environment (open to all trades)

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair process and packaging machinery
- Carry out planned and reactive mechanical maintenance
- Support fault-finding across mechanical & developing electrical elements

- Fully electrical engineers already qualified
