What You Will Do:
- Maintain and repair blow and injection moulding machines to keep output steady and efficient.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hydraulic faults using strong diagnostic skills and clear, methodical fault-finding.
- Support shift leaders with machine setups and contribute to improving cycle times.
- Carry out regular quality checks and proactively support Health & Safety on site.
- Provide technical assistance through workshop-based activities, including the use of lathes, welders, and grinders.
- Take ownership of engineering improvement projects and help drive continuous improvement across operations.

What You Will Bring:
- A mechanically biased background, ideally with experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in hydraulic fault finding and an ability to read and interpret hydraulic drawings (pneumatics experience is also beneficial).
- Strong process understanding, with the confidence to explain how fault-finding is approached from start to finish.
- Comfort working with workshop equipment such as lathes, welders, and grinders, whether through experience or training exposure.
- A proactive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn and develop within a fast-paced industrial setting.
