Mechanical Project Manager
London | £80,000 – £90,000 + Package
The Opportunity
We are currently working with a well-established, award-winning M&E contractor with a strong presence across London and an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality building services projects.
Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join their team and work across a portfolio of prestigious commercial fit-out projects in London.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a business with a strong technical reputation, established client relationships, and a growing project portfolio.
The Role
- Leading mechanical project delivery from pre-construction through to completion.
- Coordinating mechanical design, installation, testing, and commissioning.
- Reviewing drawings, specifications, and technical information.
- Working closely with project, design, and commercial teams.
- Monitoring programme, quality, and technical delivery.
- Attending design and progress meetings.
- Coordinating commissioning and handover.
- Resolving technical issues and ensuring projects remain on programme.
- Maintaining strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders.

Requirements
- Proven experience delivering mechanical packages on fit-out projects.
- Strong mechanical building services knowledge.
- Experience working for an M&E contractor or main contractor.
- Experience taking projects through to completion and handover.
- Strong technical and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- A professional approach with a strong focus on quality and delivery.
