🔧 Mechanical Project Manager | Cardiff | £60k–£70k + Bonus + Van
Ready for a role that could take you beyond Project Management and towards Directorship?
We're looking for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join a growing business delivering major commercial & industrial new-build projects across South Wales.
This is a role for someone who wants real ownership, autonomy, and a clear route into senior leadership.
The Role
- Lead major mechanical installations
- Manage budgets, procurement & programmes
- Oversee HVAC, pipework & mechanical services
- Manage subcontractors and project teams
- Build strong client & consultant relationships
- Work closely with senior leadership
- Help shape the future of the mechanical department

We're Looking For
✔️ Mechanical Project Management experience
✔️ Major commercial / industrial new-build experience
✔️ Strong HVAC, pipework & building services knowledge
✔️ Strong commercial & subcontractor management skills
✔️ Someone ambitious and ready for greater responsibility
