Mechanical Project Manager

£55,000 - £65,000 + Benefits
We're working with a well-established M&E contractor that's continuing to grow across South Wales.
They're looking to recruit an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to help deliver a varied portfolio of mechanical building services projects, typically ranging from £250k-£1m, across healthcare, council, education, and public sector environments.
The role offers a good mix of office, site, and home working, with projects predominantly based across South Wales.

You'll be responsible for:
- Delivering mechanical building services projects from pre-construction through to completion.
- Managing programmes, subcontractors, and project delivery.
- Building strong client relationships.
- Managing costs, variations, and project performance.
- Working closely with site, commercial, and design teams.
We're looking for someone with:
- Experience delivering Mechanical Building Services projects.
- A background as a Mechanical Project Engineer or Project Manager.
- Good commercial awareness and strong organisational skills.
- The ability to build lasting client relationships and manage multiple projects.
