Mechanical Project Manager | £70,000 – £85,000 + package or day rate | Bristol
Permanent or Freelance | Accommodation available
Long-term project
We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to take ownership of the mechanical package on a major commercial project near Bristol.
This is a substantial, long-term project and we need somebody who can come in, get up to speed quickly and manage the mechanical works through delivery.
The key requirement here is strong ductwork experience. This is a non-negotiable. Proven experience is essential.
You will be responsible for managing the mechanical package on site, coordinating subcontractors and other trades, keeping works moving against programme and dealing with the usual technical and site issues that come with a project of this scale.

We are looking for somebody with:
- Strong Mechanical Project Management experience
- Significant ductwork experience
- Experience delivering large commercial or similarly complex projects
- Strong knowledge of mechanical installation and site delivery
- The ability to manage subcontractors, programme and coordination with other trades
- A hands-on approach and the confidence to take ownership of the package

The role can be considered on either a permanent or freelance basis, depending on the individual.
For permanent candidates, the salary is £70,000 – £85,000 + package. Freelance rates will be discussed depending on experience.
Accommodation can also be provided for the right person, so we’re happy to speak to candidates from outside the immediate Bristol area.
We’re looking for somebody to start as soon as possible, but more importantly we need the right person with the ductwork experience to take this on.
