Mechanical Project Manager
Salary: £80,000 – £90,000
Location: Brent Cross / Aldgate, London

The Opportunity
A well-established and growing building services contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join their expanding London team.
With a strong track record across mechanical, electrical, plumbing and heating services, the business delivers projects across London and the Home Counties, with a portfolio spanning residential, student accommodation, commercial, education and hospitality.
The successful candidate will work across two major London developments in Brent Cross and Aldgate, playing a key role in the successful delivery of the mechanical packages.
The Role
- Take responsibility for mechanical project delivery from pre-construction through to completion.
- Coordinate mechanical design, installation and commissioning activities.
- Review drawings, specifications and technical information.
- Work closely with the project, design and commercial teams.
- Monitor programme, quality and technical performance.
- Attend design and project meetings.
- Coordinate testing, commissioning and handover.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve technical and delivery issues throughout the project lifecycle.

About You
We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager with a strong background in building services and experience working on residential, student accommodation or similar projects.
You will ideally have:
- Strong mechanical building services experience.
- Proven experience delivering projects from pre-construction through to completion.
- A good understanding of design, installation, commissioning and handover.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness.
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced project environment.
