🚨 Mechanical Project Manager – Permanent Opportunities 🚨
I’m currently working with a number of established and growing M&E contractors who are looking to recruit experienced Mechanical Project Managers across the North East and Yorkshire.
The business are delivering a variety of projects across sectors including:
- Commercial
- Education
- Healthcare
- Retail
- Residential
- Industrial
We’re looking for Mechanical Project Managers who can take responsibility for the successful delivery of projects from pre-construction through to completion and handover.
🔧 Typical Responsibilities
- Manage mechanical projects from planning through to completion
- Lead engineers, supervisors and subcontractors
- Manage programmes, budgets and resources
- Oversee procurement and subcontractor management
- Liaise with clients, consultants and project stakeholders
- Carry out regular site visits and progress meetings
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget
- Monitor quality and provide regular project updates to senior management

👷 What we're looking for
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager within Building Services
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems, HVAC and plumbing
- Experience delivering Commercial, Education, Healthcare or Retail projects is highly desirable
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Good commercial and organisational awareness
- Full UK driving licence
