MECHANICAL PROJECT MANAGER | COMMERCIAL FIT OUT | CENTRAL LONDON
Up to £90,000 + Excellent Benefits Package Central London Commercial Fit Out Projects
We’re looking for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join a leading contractor delivering high-quality commercial fit-out projects across Central London.
This is an excellent opportunity for a driven Mechanical PM looking to take ownership of exciting, high-value projects and work with a well-established team.
The Role
- Manage mechanical packages from pre-construction through to completion
- Take full responsibility for project delivery, programme, cost and quality
- Lead and coordinate subcontractors, engineers and site teams
- Manage client, consultant and contractor relationships
- Oversee procurement, variations, valuations and commercial performance
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and to the highest standards
- Attend site meetings and provide regular project reporting
- Coordinate closely with electrical and other MEP disciplines

What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager
- Strong background in commercial fit-out
- Experience managing mechanical packages on medium to large-scale projects
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and associated mechanical services
- Excellent understanding of project delivery, commercial and technical processes
- Strong communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Relevant mechanical qualifications / industry experience
