Are you an experienced Mechanical Project Manager looking for your next contract opportunity? We’re recruiting for a Mechanical Project Manager to deliver commercial mechanical and building services projects across Edinburgh.

This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of projects from planning through to completion, managing contractors, programmes, budgets and stakeholders while ensuring works are delivered safely and to a high standard.

The Role

As The Mechanical Project Manager, You Will

  • Manage mechanical and building services projects from planning through to completion.
  • Oversee project programmes, budgets, contractors and quality standards.
  • Coordinate mechanical works including HVAC, heating, ventilation and associated building services.
  • Manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and key project stakeholders.
  • Ensure projects meet Health & Safety, compliance and commercial requirements.

About You

To be successful as the Mechanical Project Manager, you’ll have:

  • Proven experience managing mechanical or M&E projects.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical building services and HVAC systems.
  • Experience delivering projects within commercial, FM or similar environments.
  • Strong contractor and stakeholder management skills.
  • Good commercial awareness with experience managing project costs and programmes.
  • Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
