Core Search are working exclusively with a well-established MEP Contractor with over 50 years of industry experience, who are now entering an exciting new phase of growth and expansion.
Following significant investment in their Senior Leadership Team and a clear strategic direction for the future, they are looking to appoint a Mechanical Project Manager to deliver a portfolio of commercial fit-out projects across Central London.

Key Responsibilities
- Take full responsibility for the successful delivery of mechanical packages from pre-construction through to handover
- Manage project programmes, budgets, procurement, and resource allocation
- Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and specialist suppliers
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
- Work closely with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and provide regular reporting to senior management
- Manage technical submissions, RFIs, and design coordination activities
- Oversee testing, commissioning, and final project handover
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Maintain the highest standards of health & safety, quality, and client satisfaction
- Build and develop strong relationships with both existing and new clients

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager within the building services or MEP sector
- Experience delivering commercial fit-out projects
- Strong mechanical building services background
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing projects from inception through to completion
- Commercial awareness and financial management capabilities
- Ambitious individual seeking long-term career progression
- Relevant mechanical or building services qualifications
