Mechanical Project Manager – Commercial & Industrial New Builds
Location: Cardiff, South Wales
Salary: £60,000–£70,000 + Bonus + Van

Take genuine ownership of major mechanical projects while working closely with the senior leadership team. You’ll have the autonomy to make decisions, manage commercial performance and play a key role in shaping the future of the mechanical department.

Key Responsibilities
- Project Leadership: Lead the delivery of large-scale mechanical installations.
- Commercial Management: Manage budgets, procurement, programmes and subcontractors.
- Technical Delivery: Oversee HVAC, pipework and mechanical building services packages.
- Stakeholder Management: Manage clients, consultants and project stakeholders.
- Future Leadership: Work closely with senior management with a view to progressing into a Director-level role.

What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience managing mechanical packages on major new builds.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, pipework and building services.
- Commercially astute with strong project and subcontractor management skills.
- Confident making decisions and taking ownership.
- Ambitious and ready to progress into senior leadership.
