At Team ME Services Ltd we are structured to provide any building engineering service solution, at any stage of a building lifecycle to any type of client. As mechanical and electrical contractors we are based in Media City Salford, specialising in fit out design and installation. You will be joining an experienced mechanical and electrical team who have developed a reputation for delivering technological innovation and continued improvement in service. What will you be doing
- Develop client relations to secure new business opportunities and repeat business.
- Pre-construction including estimating and securing projects.
- Health and safety monitoring and management of all projects.
- Planning site based activities and monitoring performance against programme.
- Procurement of supplier and sub-contract packages within project budgets and financial management of all supply chain accounts.
- Financial planning and management including variations and monthly valuations through to final account settlement.
- Design management including both in-house and out-sourced consultant design works subject to size and nature of project.

Who we are looking for
- Suitable experience at a senior level with relevant industry training.
- Broad technical knowledge of mechanical engineering services and appreciation of other trades and disciplines.
- Current certification in suitable health & safety training.
- Able to communicate at all levels, computer literate and competent at both verbal and written interaction.
- Well organised and self-motivated.
- Design competence with ability to analyse problems and develop solutions.
- Commercial awareness and competence including estimating experience.
