Manage and coordinate all mechanical installation activities on site.
- Supervise mechanical subcontractors and direct labour.
- Ensure works are delivered in accordance with project specifications and drawings.
- Plan and coordinate daily and weekly site activities.
- Monitor programme progress and identify any potential delays.
- Chair and attend site coordination meetings.
- Ensure Health & Safety standards are maintained at all times.
- Review and implement RAMS and site-specific safety procedures.
- Carry out quality inspections and ensure installations meet required standards.
- Coordinate commissioning activities and witness testing.
- Manage material deliveries and plant requirements.
- Resolve technical issues alongside the design and engineering teams.
- Produce regular progress reports for senior management.
- Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and the principal contractor.

Requirements
- SMSTS
- CSCS Manager Card
- First Aid at Work
- Relevant Mechanical qualification (City & Guilds, NVQ Level 3, HNC/HND, or equivalent)
- Previous experience as a Mechanical Site Manager on large commercial M&E projects.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, pipework, public health, and mechanical building services installations.
- Excellent understanding of construction sequencing and programme management.
- Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and specifications.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
