This is a Monday to Friday position with no weekend work required as standard, plus the opportunity to significantly increase your earnings through overtime.
The Role
As a Mechanical Supervisor, you'll be responsible for leading and supporting mechanical engineers on a range of commercial and industrial maintenance projects. You'll ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards while maintaining excellent relationships with clients and the wider team.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervising mechanical engineers and subcontractors on site.
- Planning and coordinating daily maintenance activities.
- Ensuring health and safety procedures are followed at all times.
- Carrying out quality inspections and ensuring work meets company standards.
- Liaising with clients and providing technical support where required.
- Assisting with project planning, reporting, and resource allocation.
- Supporting and mentoring engineers to help develop their skills.
About You
We're looking for someone who has:
- Previous experience as a Mechanical Supervisor or Senior Mechanical Engineer.
- A strong background within commercial building services or facilities management.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- The ability to organise workloads and prioritise tasks effectively.
- A proactive and positive approach to problem solving.
